BASFEST’AH an Acronym of Benue All Stars Festival for Arts and Humanity is a domiciliary organization of M –MASS. The institution is a board based platform, that seeks to use the instruments of Arts, Tourism, Culture, Creative Ingenuity and the New Media to effective drive people and institutional productivity in line with the Vision, Mission and objective of Saving the Future of the African Child : M-MASS and it’s Starter Project others wise call M-MMAS STARTER . The All Star Festival for Art and Humanity started as arrays of events deliverable as it is usually with festival modalities globally, but has since evolved into a big Institution that facilitate develop and drive human capital and institutional productivity across broad areas of interest. BASFEST’AH is run as a public private partnership instrument with the Government of Benue State of Nigeria
